Fort Gordon Tutus for Cancer Awareness 5K
The Fort Gordon Tutus for Cancer Awareness 5K is an event dedicated to raising awareness through a morning of physical activity and community engagement. The routes for both events begin on 25th Street at Barton Field. This is an untimed fun run, and as such, no competitive awards are given. However, finisher medals are presented to all participants upon the completion of their distance. Check-in for the event takes place at the Softball Complex located on Barton Field.
Specific access requirements apply to this location. Participants who do not hold a Department of Defense (DoD) pass must register for a visitor pass at least 24 hours in advance through the official base access portal to ensure entry to the installation. Parking is available at several nearby locations, including the Indoor Pool, Signal Theater, Luketina Hall, Snyder Dental, and various designated lots along Brainard Avenue and Building 24501.
