Course and format
The 5K and 10K use a short out-and-back segment of 0.78 miles (one-way 0.78M, full out-and-back 1.56M). The 5K completes that out-and-back two times; the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back segment of 1.09 miles (one-way 1.09M, full out-and-back 2.18M) and repeats that out-and-back six times. A course time limit is stated as 3 hours and 30 minutes.
