Haunted 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, Gadsden, AL
This event on October 24, 2026 takes place at James Martin Trail Park in Gadsden, AL 35901. Races are held on a pea gravel trail located just behind the Gadsden Mall; some GPS units may direct participants to a small building on Old S 4th Street, in which case proceed south on Old S 4th Street and turn right into the parking lot.
All entries must be completed online through the race registration system; there is no on-site registration. The event offers finisher medals and a shirt and gear shop, and includes a best costume category, series points and awards. Course formats use out and back segments with repeated loops for each distance. Distances included:
- 5K: out and back route repeated twice
- 10K: out and back route repeated four times
- Half marathon: out and back route repeated six times
