The Haunted event takes place on October 24, 2026, in Gadsden, Alabama. The venue is James Martin Trail Park, 829 Old S 4th St, Gadsden, AL 35901. Distances offered:

Course and logistics
All races use a pea gravel trail at James Martin Trail Park. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back segment that is 0.78 miles one-way (1.56 miles round-trip); the 5K repeats that out-and-back twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile one-way segment (3.18 miles round-trip) and repeats that out-and-back six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available on race day, beginning 30 minutes before the race and ending 10 minutes before the race start. Organizers note that GPS may direct drivers to a small building on Old S 4th Street; if so, go south on Old S 4th Street and turn right into the parking lot, as the park is just behind the Gadsden Mall.
