Course and race details
The courses run on a pea gravel trail behind the Gadsden Mall. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back segment described as 0.78 miles one way (1.56 miles out-and-back); the 5K repeats that out-and-back twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon is described both as a 1.09-mile segment and as an out-and-back of 3.18 miles; the listed out-and-back is repeated six times. The organizer notes that GPS devices may direct participants to a small building on Old S 4th Street; in that case go south onto Old S 4th Street and turn right into the parking lot.
