Event Overview
The Ninja 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place in Gadsden, Alabama. The event offers three race distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon.
Location and Course
The races start at James Martin Trail Park, located behind the Gadsden Mall at 829 Old S 4th St. The course is on a pea gravel trail and is structured as an out-and-back route.
For the 5K and 10K, the basic segment is 0.78 miles. The 5K runs this segment twice, while the 10K runs it four times.
The Half Marathon uses a different 1.09-mile segment, which it runs six times.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the race begins. The course has an overall time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Organizers note that GPS navigation may direct participants to a small building on Old S 4th Street. Instructions are to go south on Old S. 4th Street and turn right into the parking lot. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
