Ninja 5K, 10K and Half Marathon, Gadsden, AL
The event is held at James Martin Trail Park in Gadsden, AL 35901. It features three race distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. The courses use a pea gravel trail and are located behind the Gadsden Mall. Participants are advised that GPS devices may direct them to a small building on Old S 4st Street; if so, the course area is just south on Old S 4 Street with parking accessed by turning right in the lot.
Course formats are described as out and back segments. The 5K and 10K use a short out and back section repeated multiple times. The Half Marathon uses a longer out and back section repeated multiple times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Registration must be completed on RunSignup; there is no on site registration. Packet pickup is available beginning 30 minutes before the race and ending 10 minutes before the race start. The event offers finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, and awards as part of the race services.
