The Medal Madness event takes place on June 27, 2026, in Gadsden, Alabama. The venue is James Martin Trail Park, 829 Old S 4th St, Gadsden, AL 35901. Distances offered include:

All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Course and logistics
Courses are on a pea gravel trail behind the Gadsden Mall. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment with an out-and-back of 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back twice and the 10K four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment with an out-and-back of 3.18 miles and repeats that out-and-back six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The organizer notes that GPS devices may direct participants to a small building on Old S 4th Street and advises following posted parking instructions to reach the trail park.
