Race Information
US Road Running organizes this event in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event features two specific distances and takes place at a venue located at 1807 Adair Drive. Participants must register through the RunSignup platform before the event, as no on-site registration is available on the day of the race. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the event and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
Course Layout
The races are conducted on an out-and-back course that measures 1.56 miles per loop. The course is situated next to the Knoxville Parks and Recreation building. Runners must complete multiple laps depending on their registered distance. There is a course time limit of 2 hours for all participants.
- 5K: This distance involves completing the out-and-back course two times.
- 10K: This distance involves completing the out-and-back course four times.
Participant Rewards
Every finisher receives a medal upon completing their race. The event also includes a costume contest, where participants are encouraged to wear attire that is themed or unique. Although costumes are not required, a group photograph is taken at the start of the race to document the participants' gear.
