K-Town on the River Triathlons

K-Town on the River Triathlons is scheduled for August 1, 2026 in Knoxville, Tennessee at 1001 Waterfront Dr. The event offers multiple race distances and category options across the same general venue and riverfront finish area.

Course details vary by distance. Swim starts take place at Island Home with downstream segments that finish at Suttree's Landing dock; the half iron includes a brief upstream swim before heading downstream. Bike routes travel through Island Home and South Knoxville roads. Run courses follow the riverside through the Island Home neighborhood and the Will Skelton Greenway, extending past Meads Quarry and the Forks of the River back to Suttree's Landing. The run includes some elevation described as gently rolling hills.
