US Road Running Knoxville
The US Road Running Knoxville event takes place at Holston River Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. This recurring race series offers multiple distances for participants, with the starting line located near Shelter #1. All participants are required to register in advance via RunSignup, as there is no option for on-site registration on the day of the event. Packet pickup is conducted during a short window prior to the start of the race.

The 5K and 10K participants utilize an out-and-back course. Those completing the 5K distance run the course twice, while the 10K participants complete four loops of the same route. For the Half Marathon, runners follow an out-and-back course and complete a total of six laps. There is a cumulative course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances.
All participants who finish their respective races receive a finisher medal. The event also includes an optional costume component where runners may participate in a best costume contest.
