The event is held at Holston River Park, 3300 Holston Hills Road, Knoxville, TN 37914. The starting line is located near Shelter #1. Races are organized as out-and-back courses with multiple repetitions of a base loop.

The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back course; the 5K completes that course twice and the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon follows a separate out-and-back course and completes that course six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Registration is handled online through RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Published registration fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the Half Marathon. Packet pickup is available on race day and closes shortly before the race.
