The Medal Madness event takes place on June 6, 2026, at Holston River Park in Knoxville, TN 37914. The event includes the following distances:

Registration is handled through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The starting line is located near Shelter #1.

Course and competition

The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K follows that base course twice, and the 10K follows it four times. The Half Marathon uses a separate out-and-back course and repeats that course six times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Awards and other details

All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. The event encourages costumes; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best-costume award is given at that time.
