US Road Running - Knoxville
This event takes place at Holston River Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. The race features several distances organized on an out-and-back course layout starting near Shelter #1. Participants can choose between different running distances depending on the number of laps completed:
- 5K: This distance requires runners to complete the out-and-back course twice.
- 10K: This distance requires runners to complete the out-and-back course four times.
- Half Marathon: This distance requires runners to complete the out-and-back course six times.
There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all participants. Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is conducted during a 20-minute window prior to the start of the event.
All finishers receive a themed medal upon completing their respective distances. While not required, participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and an award for the best costume is presented following a group photo at the beginning of the race.
