The event takes place on June 6, 2026 at Holston River Park in Knoxville, TN 37914. It offers multiple distance options and uses park facilities for the start and course layout.

Course details note that the routes are out and back. The 5K repeats a shorter out and back twice, the 10K repeats that same out and back four times, and the half marathon repeats its out and back six times. The starting line is located near Shelter #1 in Holston River Park.
Logistics include packet pickup that opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All finishers receive a themed medal. Costumes are encouraged but not required; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best costume is awarded at that time.
