Three Sisters Ultra Festival
The Three Sisters Ultra Festival is a trail running event in the Maryville College Woods near Maryville, TN. The festival offers timed events and team relays on a repeated loop course that starts and ends at the McArthur Pavilion.
The course is a 2.2 mile loop with about 120 feet of elevation gain per loop. Runners can access an aid station every loop and may set up a personal aid area under the pavilion or in the adjacent yard. The pavilion also provides a warming fireplace. The event includes live music and other activities such as disc golf available during the festival.
Timing is done with chip timing. Bibs should be worn on the front of the body so the timing readers can register laps. The event requires runners or designated pacers to wear appropriate credentials to access the aid station amenities.
Packet pickup is available the evening before at McArthur Pavilion and the morning of the race; mailed items are not provided. The festival also offers a paired option with another Tennessee event so both event medals can form a matching display.
