Luau 5K & 10K at Knoxville

The Luau 5K & 10K takes place on May 23, 2026, at Adair Park in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The race offers two distances:

10K

Both events start next to the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building at 1807 Adair Dr. The course is an out-and-back loop measuring 1.56 miles. For the 5K, runners complete this loop two times. For the 10K, runners complete the loop four times. There is an overall time limit of 2 hours for the course.

Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the start. All registration must be completed online via RunSignup; no on-site registration is available.
