Battle of the Bands 5K - Track Shack
The event takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Lake Concord Park in Casselberry, FL. It features a main 5K race and a separate free kids' run for children 12 and under with distances ranging from 100 yards to 1 mile and age-appropriate groups.

The course is USATF-certified for 3.1 miles and starts and finishes at Lake Concord Park beneath large, mature oak trees; the route is described as shaded. Timing is provided by a B-Tag device attached to the race bib.
Music is integrated into the event: three live bands perform along the route and participants can vote for their favorite band at the Battle of the Bands tent. Cash prizes are listed for placing bands.
Event amenities include a tech shirt and a finisher medal. A post-race gathering includes live music and beverage options for attendees aged 21 and over as well as non-alcoholic choices. Event proceeds benefit cultural arts organizations in Casselberry and the Track Shack Youth Foundation.
