Battle of the Bands 5K at Lake Concord Park
The Battle of the Bands 5K is a community running event held at Lake Concord Park in Casselberry, Florida. The course is USATF certified and measures 3.1 miles, starting and finishing at the park beneath large 100 year old oak trees. The event includes a post race party with live music and beer available to participants aged 21 and over.

Race amenities include a tech shirt and a finisher medal. Timing is performed with a B Tag system. Awards are presented for top overall finishers, top nonbinary and genderqueer finisher, masters age categories, push rim wheelchair division, and age group placings. Handcycle athletes compete in an exhibition category and are not eligible for awards. Casselberry resident awards are given to the first male, female and nonbinary or genderqueer resident finishers.
Three live bands perform along the route and attendees may vote for their favorite band at a dedicated tent. Prize payouts are listed for first through third place bands. Event proceeds benefit cultural arts organizations in Casselberry and the Track Shack Youth Foundation.
Entry options are offered in person or virtually and include processing fees. Entry fees increase by date. Participants aged 17 and under and 65 and over receive a ten dollar discount. A fifteen percent group discount applies for three or more participants registered together using the code friendsandfamily. Virtual participants may choose packet pickup or domestic shipping.
