The event takes place at Callaway Recreational Complex, 500 Callaway Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404, United States. It is organized as part of the US Road Running series.

Both races use the same out and back course. The 5K completes the mapped segment twice, while the 10K completes the mapped segment four times. Each event has a two hour time limit for completion.
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and a best costume award is presented at that time. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series and follows that series' awards structure.
