The 5K and 10K share the same out-and-back course of about 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses a different out-and-back course of about 3.28 miles and repeats that out-and-back multiple times to reach the half marathon distance.
