US Road Running - Temple
The US Road Running - Temple event takes place in Temple, Texas, at Wilson Park. The race activities are centered around the Wilson Park Recreation Center. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and is open to the public, with no club membership required to participate. All registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no on-site registration available.
The event offers three distinct distances for participants:
- 5K: A 1.56-mile out-and-back course completed once.
- 10K: The same 1.56-mile out-and-back course completed twice.
- Half Marathon: A 3.28-mile out-and-back course completed four times.
The event has a total course time limit of three hours and 30 minutes for all distances. Participants can collect their packets starting 30 minutes before the start of the race. All finishers receive a themed medal.
While not mandatory, participants have the option to compete in costume. A group photograph is taken at the beginning of the event, and a prize is awarded for the best costume. Points for the series are tracked for all participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
