The Medal Madness event is scheduled for March 28, 2026, at Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, TX (7325 Prairie View Rd, 76502). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
The event is organized by US Road Running. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A contact form is provided for questions.
Course and logistics
All courses are on paved surfaces. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course described as 3.11M; the 5K completes that out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back described as 3.28M and repeats that out-and-back four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. Bathrooms are located behind the tennis court. Parking is available in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts off Prairie View Road. Finisher medals and event apparel are listed as part of the event materials.
