Event overview
The Medal Madness event is scheduled for March 7, 2026, in Temple, Texas, at James Wilson Park (2205 Curtis B Elliot Dr, Temple, TX 76501). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All participants must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
Course and logistics
Races start next to the Wilson Park Recreation Center. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course described as 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back course described as 3.28 miles and completes that out-and-back four times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
