The event takes place on February 28, 2026 at the Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, Texas. The organizer lists three distance options and course details for each.

All courses are on paved surfaces and use out-and-back segments. The 5K and 10K follow a 3.11-mile out-and-back course, with the 5K covering the out-and-back once and the 10K twice. The half marathon uses a 3.28-mile out-and-back segment repeated four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup is available before the race. All participants must register online via the race registration platform; there is no on-site registration. Facilities noted at the venue include bathrooms located behind the tennis court and parking in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts off Prairie View Road.
