The event takes place at Commons Park in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, at 11600 Poinciana Blvd, 33411 US. It features three race distances and uses measured out and back course segments for each distance.

Course details are provided for each distance. The 5K and 10K use a 1.56 mile segment configured as an out and back for a 3.11 mile loop; the 5K completes that loop once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses a 1.64 mile segment configured as an out and back for a 3.28 mile loop; the Half Marathon completes that loop four times. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup is available before the race and closes shortly before the start. All runners must register online through RunSignup; there is no on site registration. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume feature, series points and awards.
