Event Overview
The US Road Running event at Royal Palm Beach features a selection of asphalt based out-and-back courses. This themed event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, allowing participants to earn points toward the seasonal standings. All participants must complete their registration online prior to the event, as there is no option for on-site registration.
Race Courses
The event offers three distinct distances. All routes follow an out-and-back format starting from the designated area on Poinciana Blvd.
- 5K: Participants complete the out-and-back course exactly one time.
- 10K: Participants complete the out-and-back course twice.
- Half Marathon: Participants complete the course four times to reach the total distance of 13.1 miles.
Participation Details
The event has a total time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances. Packet pickup is available at the race location starting 30 minutes before the event begins and concludes shortly before the start.
Awards and Recognition
Every finisher receives a themed medal upon completing their race. While not a requirement, participants are encouraged to wear costumes during the run. Special awards are issued according to the US Road Running standard criteria, and points are distributed to those participating in the broader race series.
