Policies
Race entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one-time deferral to the following year is allowed for a $25 fee if requested at least seven days before the race. Person-to-person transfers are not permitted. Events are "rain or shine"; organizers may modify the course or format for safety reasons, including switching to a duathlon, delaying, or canceling. In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, a credit equal to 25% of the paid entry may be issued for future events. Wetsuit use follows USAT temperature and thickness rules; water temperature is measured by a USAT official on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
