Event Overview
The US Road Running - Pasco race takes place in Chiawana Park, with the start location situated next to the boat ramp. This event is part of a larger race series and offers multiple distances on an out-and-back course. Participation requires pre-registration through the RunSignup platform, as no on-site registration is available on the day of the event. Packet pickup is conducted at the start location shortly before the race begins.
Courses and Distances
The event features four different distance options, each utilizing specific out-and-back loops along the path.
- 5K: A single loop of the 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- 10K: Two repetitions of the 1.56-mile out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Four repetitions of the 3.275-mile out-and-back course.
- Marathon: Eight repetitions of the 3.275-mile out-and-back course.
Race Logistics
There is a general time limit of 6 hours for all participants to complete their respective courses. All finishers receive a medal upon completion of their race. While costumes are not required, there is an opportunity for participants to be recognized for the best costume, with group photos taken at the start of the event.
