Luau 5K & 10K, Hollywood FL
The Luau 5K and 10K is scheduled for August 21, 2027, at 9501 Sheridan St, Hollywood, Florida. The event is organized as a local US Road Running race and provides a measured road course, race staff, finisher medals, and posted results.
Two distances are offered:
- 5K, registration fee $30
- 10K, registration fee $45
Registration opened in 2022 and closes on the day of the event. Races are described as community oriented and low pressure, with a small, local staff running the event. Emergency medical services are not stationed on site. Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish, so participants should plan for the weather and carry any items they may need between laps. Race staff can be approached on site for assistance.
The description of the event emphasizes a clear course and basic race-day services rather than extensive on-course support. Details such as specific start procedures, packet pickup, or timing methods are not provided in the available information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
