Becker Strong 3rd Annual Memorial 5K
The event on November 21, 2026 at Brian Piccolo Park in Hollywood, FL honors the life and legacy of a long-serving school principal and raises funds for sarcoma cancer research. The event features running and walking distances and includes race awards and age-group medals.

Registration opens August 4, 2026. Listed registration fees are $40 for the general 5K, $35 for the students 5K, and $30 for the 1 Mile. Registration prices increase to $40 after October 30, 2026. Parking is available at the park for $3 per vehicle in accordance with park rules.
Awards are given for the 5K run/walk only: the top three overall male and female finishers receive awards. First place medals are awarded to the top runner in each age group, with age divisions in ten-year brackets: 10 and under, 11–15, 16–25, 26–35, 36–45, 46–55, 56–65, 66–75, and 76 and over.
