Event Details
The event "Medal Madness" offers three distances: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. All races start together. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start and ends 10 minutes before the start. All participants must register online in advance; no on-site registration is available.
Course Information
The course is located at Ben Geren Regional Park on 7200 Zero St in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Participants should use the parking lot across from the playground.
Both the 5K/10K and Half Marathon courses are out-and-back loops on separate routes. The 5K is run by completing a 0.78-mile loop two times. The 10K uses the same loop, completing it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different 1.09-mile loop, which is completed six times.
A time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies for completing the course. The event organizer, US Road Running, provides finisher medals.
