H9 Dragon at Vogel State Park
H9 Dragon is the renamed H9 trail club event held at Vogel State Park near Blairsville, GA. The course follows the Duncan Ridge area and is presented as the traditional H9 route under a new event name.
Distances offered are:
- 50 Miler
- Marathon
Participation is limited to H9 trail club members. Event registration and club membership are handled separately, creating a two step process for entrants. Registration is open and closes on Sat, Jul 4 at 11:59PM ET.
The entry fee is intended to cover site rental, food, t shirts, and an award medal. Organizers state the event operates as a non profit and that fees reflect direct costs; labor and the HAE equipment use are donated. Finisher medals are fabricated locally, made of stainless steel, and laser cut.
