Guto Nyth Bran
Guto Nyth Bran is a fell race held from Bedwas Community Hall in Caerphilly. The route covers 9.6 km (6 miles) with approximately 396 m (1 299 ft) of ascent. The course is only partially marked and runners should be prepared for route finding.
Parking is not adjacent to the start; there is about a 10 minute walk between the parking area and the race start. Teams may enter free of charge. The minimum age for entry is over 18.
Entry fees are listed as £6 for online entry and £8 on the day. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association. Recorded course times from the most recent listed year are 40:39 for the male record and 48:40 for the female record, both shown for 2024.
