Barry Island 10K is a seaside 10-kilometre race held on Barry Island, with the start and finish at Whitmore Bay. It takes place on fully closed roads and offers a varied route that showcases Whitmore Bay’s scenic seafront and landmarks, including The Knap, Romilly Park and Watch House Bay. The event is renowned for its feel‑good atmosphere and family-friendly features, including a Family Fun Run and Toddler Dash along the promenade.
