Barry Island 10K (Run 4 Wales)

The Barry Island 10K takes place on 17 May 2026 and forms part of the R4W 10K Series. The event is a 10K road race held on fully closed roads. Races start and finish at Whitmore Bay. The event uses several seaside locations around Barry Island and highlights the town's coastal setting.
