Guinea Jubilee 2026 5K & Fun Run
The Guinea Jubilee 2026 takes place in the Guinea area of Gloucester on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 8850 Guinea Road, Hayes, VA 23072. Packet pick up and race day registration are available on race day.
Both events use flat road courses that start at the local fire department on Mark Pine and finish at the Buck Rowe’s Store Museum. The one-mile course proceeds down Mark Pine Road to Blake’s View Road. The 5K follows a route that reaches York View Road.
Distances:
- 5K: 3.1 miles, road course finishing near Buck View Road.
- 1 Mile Kids Crabby Fun Run: 1 mile, route to Blake’s View Road.
Awards include a finisher medal for kids, overall top male and female 5K finishers, and age-group awards for male and female runners in the following brackets: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over. A gift certificate to a local restaurant is planned for top 5K finishers.
Performance running shirts will be available on race day for participants; size preference is not guaranteed and distribution is first come, first served. Registration opens July 7, 2026 and closes on September 26, 2026; entry fees are $20 for the 5K and $10 for the one-mile fun run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
