The GRRC Freezeroo Series runs from December 13, 2025 to February 21, 2026 in the Rochester, NY area. The series and individual races take place at several park and lodge locations around Rochester.
- 5K - Don Curran Memorial, 332 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY (North Star Christian Academy)
- 7.5 miles - New Year's Resolution Run, Mendon Ponds Park, Pittsford, NY (Stewart Lodge)
- 5 miles - Pineway Ponds Park, 2200 N. Union St., Spencerport, NY (Boetcher Lodge)
- 5 miles - Hearnish, Victor Municipal Park Lodge, 6680 Papparone Drive, Victor, NY
- 8 miles - Valentines Run, Braddock Bay Park, East Manitou Road, Rochester, NY (Donald C. Schlieter Lodge and Pavilion)
- 4.4 miles - White House Challenge, Webster Park, 1100 Lake Rd, Webster, NY
Registration, fees and race rules
Advance and day-of pricing is published for single races and for the full series. The event description lists advance single-race registration as $20.00 (GRRC members) and $25.00 (non-members), day-of single-race registration as $30.00 (members) and $35.00 (non-members), and series registration as $70.00 (members) and $90.00 (non-members). Some individual event pages show a current entry price of $27.50 (including a $2.50 fee). GRRC members receive a club discount at checkout. When registering, participants may renew or purchase individual membership; family membership renewal or purchase is handled separately.
Series participants pick up their bib and gift at the first race and may use the same bib for all races. Individual race entrants pick up bibs at each race. To qualify for series prizes a participant must register for the series at their first race and run four of the six races; the best four results determine standing. Age group is set by age on January 1. All roads will be open to traffic; runners should run on the left, avoid cutting tangents, and share the road. Photos taken by volunteers may be posted to the club Facebook group or race albums. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
