Event overview

Cupid's Cup 5K is set for February 15, 2026, at Irondequoit High School in Irondequoit, NY. The event distance is 5K (3.1 miles). The course runs within Irondequoit neighborhoods and is described as fairly flat. Parking is available at the back of Irondequoit High School. A virtual option is offered; virtual participants choose their own route and submit results after receiving event instructions by email the week of the event.

Registration and race logistics

Online registration closes at 3:00 PM on February 14, 2026. There is no day-of registration. Packet pickup is available on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14 at Fleet Feet at The Armory, and on race day inside the high school cafeteria; others may pick up packets on a participant’s behalf. The first 150 people to pick up packets will receive a heart "ear" headband, with a maximum of three headbands per person when picking up for others. Awards are given for the in-person event only: top three overall male and female, and top three male and female in five-year age groups from 19 and under through 80 and up.
