Event overview
Cupid's Cup is a Valentine-themed road 5K. The event is scheduled for February 15, 2026, and is held in Irondequoit, New York, with the start and finish at Irondequoit High School. There is an in-person option and a virtual option that can be completed February 15-18, 2026. The route runs within Irondequoit neighborhoods and is described as fairly flat. The high school site offers indoor restrooms and warm-up zones.
Logistics and inclusions
In-person registration includes a race tee (guaranteed for registrations by January 31), online results, a finisher medal, a race bib, a digital or printable finisher certificate, and post-race food. Virtual registration includes a race tee (same guarantee date), online results submission during the virtual window, a finisher medal, a digital bib, a digital/printable finisher certificate, and shipping for the packet within the continental US.
Packet pickup is available in advance at Fleet Feet at The Armory, 155 Culver Road, Rochester, and on-site at Irondequoit High School. The first 150 people to pick up packets will receive a heart "ear" headband, with a maximum of three if picking up for others. Shirts are first come, first serve after January 31.
Awards and parking
Awards apply to the in-person event only and include top three overall male and female, plus top three male and female in five-year age groups from 19 & under up to 80 & up.
