Group Run - Cumberland
This group run uses the F.I.T. Trail Series 5 mile course and also serves as a course preview for an upcoming ultra. The run takes place on mixed surfaces and is described as half smooth packed trail and half rocky trail with roots.
Participants may wear trail or road shoes on this course. The surface details are: about 50% smooth packed trails and about 50% rocky sections with some roots, which can affect footing and shoe choice.
