Greater Midland Dow RunWalk 2026
The 40th annual Dow RunWalk takes place on June 6, 2026, at the Greater Midland Community Center in Midland, Michigan. The event is presented by Members First Credit Union and is described as a community race with family activities.
Distances offered include:
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 1 Mile Run
- Tot Trot
Finisher medals are awarded for the 10K and 5K races. All participants receive a week-long pass to the Dow Championship, the LPGA team-format tournament held at the Midland Country Club from June 8 to 14. A RunWalk Expo and packet pickup take place the day before at the community center and packet pickup also resumes on race morning inside the main entrance. The expo includes interactive vendor displays and a meal voucher redeemable at a participating local food truck.
The Dow RunWalk is the first race in the Midland Triple Challenge and shares scheduling and fee details with that series. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and fee increases occur on April 16, May 21 and at packet pickup. The event is held rain or shine.
