Event Overview
The Greater Midland Dow RunWalk is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026. It is the 40th annual edition of this event, which takes place at the Greater Midland Community Center on Jefferson Avenue in Midland, Michigan.
Event Distances
The event includes several race and walk options:
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 1 Mile Run (with separate youth and adult categories)
- Tot Trot
Participants in the 10K and 5K races receive a finisher medal. A special feature for the 2026 event is that all participants will receive a week-long pass to the Dow Championship, an LPGA Tour team-format tournament at the Midland Country Club from June 8-14.
Logistics
Packet pickup and a RunWalk Expo occur on Friday, June 5, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Greater Midland Community Center. Participants with a voucher can get a free meal from a local food truck, and there will be interactive activities and vendor displays. Packet pickup resumes on race morning at 6:45 AM. The event is held regardless of weather.
