Greater Midland DOW RunWalk 2026
The Dow RunWalk takes place Saturday, June 6, 2026, as the flagship running event of Greater Midland Races. The event brings together beginners and seasoned racers from the region for a morning of multiple race options and family activities.
Race categories include:
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 1 Mile Run
- Tot Trot for young children, distance varies by age group
All 10K and 5K finishers receive a medal. Tot Trot participants complete a short, age-based course and receive a participant award.
Organizers partnered with the Dow Championship for the 40th anniversary edition; all Dow RunWalk participants receive an admission pass valid for the entire week of the Dow Championship. An expo is associated with the event, and local businesses and organizations serve as named sponsors and partners. Runners Athletic Company is listed as the official apparel and shoe partner for Greater Midland Races.
The Dow RunWalk is part of the broader Greater Midland Races series and the Midland Triple Challenge.
