BEach WELLness at Bay City State Park

BEach WELLness is a community fundraiser held at Bay City State Park in Bay City, MI on June 6, 2026. The event is organized by Friends of Bay City State Park, a 501c3 non-profit that uses proceeds to support enhancements and maintenance of the park shoreline and surrounding natural areas, with the stated goal of promoting community and individual wellness. As a fundraiser, the event will not issue refunds.

The course travels through several areas of the park and is described as family and pet friendly. A large portion of the route is on paved surfaces and includes a loop of trail that passes through Tobico Marsh. The route will be marked with chalk, arrows, and course personnel.

Included in the registration fee is a BEach WELLness towel provided to each paying participant in place of a race shirt. Results will be posted automatically on race day for participants as arranged by the event.
