The Great 30A Easter Race
The Great 30A Easter Race takes place on April 4, 2026 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and has been held exclusively within Topsail Hill Preserve State Park since 2022. The event offers three course options on park property and nearby paved paths.
Distances:
- Trail & Beach 10K
- Paved Path 10K
- Paved Path 5K
The Paved Path courses are out-and-back routes run entirely on paved surfaces; the 10K repeats the 5K out-and-back. These paved routes are described as stroller-friendly and are suitable for runners seeking a personal record. The Trail & Beach 10K is a loop that passes pine forest, beach, and dune lakes. That 10K includes approximately 2 miles on paved road, about 1.25 miles on sand, and roughly 3 miles on trails.
Awards are given to men’s and women’s course winners and runner ups for all courses. The top three finishers in each age group also receive awards; age groups are 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+ for both male and female divisions. All registered runners who cross the finish line receive a finisher’s medal. Registered participants who met the swag cutoff receive a race coffee mug. Awards not picked up at the event may be shipped at the recipient’s expense.
Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the race from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Inlet Beach, 11299 US Hwy 98 E, Inlet Beach, FL.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Transfers to another runner are allowed within the posted transfer period; it is the participant’s responsibility to complete the transfer by the stated deadlines.
For safety and permitting reasons, animals are not permitted. Strollers and similar wheeled equipment are allowed but must start in the back of the pack. Participants with certified running wheelchairs or adaptive running devices should contact the organizers in advance to arrange accommodations.
