Grayt Jackalope 10 & 5 Miler
The Grayt Jackalope event, established in 2017 by the Rotorhead 30A Running Company, offers two trail race distances at Grayton Beach State Park in Inlet Beach, FL. Both courses start and finish at the Grayton Beach State Park trailhead (gravel parking lot on CR-30A) and take place exclusively on the park trail system.

Runners on both courses follow the park trail network. Trail terrain includes tree roots, rocks, and sand; rain can produce standing water and muddy sections. The courses are entirely on natural surfaces within the state park.
Awards are given to overall male and female winners and runner ups for each distance. First place age group winners receive awards; age groups listed include 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80-89. All participants who complete their course receive finisher medals. Awards and medals not picked up at the event can be shipped to a participant’s home address at the participant’s expense.
Registration closes on Fri, Nov 27 at 11:59 PM CT. The event refund policy states registration fees are non-refundable; transfers of registration to another runner are allowed within the designated transfer period and must be completed by the posted deadlines.
For safety and permit reasons, animals are not permitted. Strollers and wagons are allowed but must start at the back of the pack. Participants using certified running wheelchairs or adaptive running devices should contact the organizers in advance to arrange accommodations.
