Event overview
The Grand Old Day Fun Run takes place on June 7, 2026 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The event is set at Grand Avenue and Snelling Avenue South. It includes a family-friendly 5k run/walk and a kid's 1/2 mile. Participants of all ages may join and strollers are allowed. The event will not be chip timed.
Course and logistics
The course is an out-and-back along Grand Avenue, starting at Snelling Avenue and traveling west. The 5k turnaround is near Avon Avenue. The kid's 1/2 mile turnaround is near Pascal Avenue. Packet pick-up is available on the Saturday before the race at a Grand Avenue location to be determined and also on race morning; morning pick-up windows differ for the 5k and the kid's distance. There is no designated parking for the race; free parking is available on neighboring streets but some streets require a permit, so signs should be observed. T-shirt sizes are only guaranteed for registrations completed by May 15.
