The Gorham 4-Miler is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026 in Gorham, Maine. The race starts and finishes at the Gorham Recreation Department / Ball Park Road area (30 Ball Park Rd, Gorham, ME 04038). The course distance is 4 miles. Walkers are welcome.
Race details
Entry fees vary by registration date: a Wicked Early Bird pre-registration rate of $26 (by September 17), $29 through April 1, $34 thereafter, and $39 on race day. Prices increase after April 1, 2026. A course map is provided as a downloadable PDF. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by May 26; shirts may be available after that date as supplies allow. Gorham House of Pizza provides free pizza for participants.
Awards include a $50 cash prize for overall winners and age-group awards in ten-year categories from 14 & under through 80 & over. Additional awards recognize the top running club, corporate team, and open teams with four or more members. Proceeds support a memorial scholarship that provides funds for post-secondary education for a Gorham High School student.
The race has a no-refund policy. If severe weather, a public health crisis, or other extreme events prevent the in-person race, organizers will attempt to reschedule or convert the event to a virtual format where participants run the course and submit results.
