The Good Space Dash for the Beads takes place on Sunday, February 15, 2026 in Dallas, Texas. The event includes the following distances:

Registration fees listed are $45 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 mile. Fees increase after February 14, 2026. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants registered by January 15, 2026. Early packet pickup details are to be determined.

The race base is at 608 N. Clinton, Dallas, TX 75208. Race day activities include registration and packet pickup, a DJ, the 1 mile fun run, the 5K, announcement of awards, and the Oak Cliff Mardi Gras Parade.
Purpose and impact
Dash for the Beads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Proceeds are donated to Oak Cliff and Dallas-area schools and non-profits to support physical fitness, healthy eating, and arts programming for children. Since 2014 the organization reports donations awarded of $325,000 to 34 different organizations. Over the past three years, about 675 DISD school children received more than $27,000 in free race entries.
