Good Friday Eggstravaganza
The Good Friday Eggstravaganza is a running event taking place on April 3, 2026. It starts and finishes at The Bell Inn on Kynaston Road in Panfield, Essex. The event offers three distance options: 13.2 miles, 6.6 miles, or 4.2 miles.
This is a self-navigation event. There are no route markings, marshals, or provided GPX files. A numbered route description will be issued to participants on the day of the event. Registration and a kit drop are available at the Pavilion from 10:00 AM. Runners for the 13.2-mile distance can start from 10:00 AM, while those for the 6.6-mile and 4.2-mile distances can start from 10:30 AM.
Parking is available around the football pitch adjacent to the pub. Toilets will be open. Results will be published on the Mid Essex Casuals website. A £3 voucher for use in The Bell Inn pub is issued to each runner upon completion. All profits from the event are donated to the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust.
