Supporting Dalit Children Fun Run
The Supporting Dalit Children Fun Run is scheduled for 10 October 2026 at The Hoops Inn car park in Perry Green, England. The event is organised to raise awareness for a charity that supports Dalit children in rural India.
All participants start and finish at the Hoops Inn car park (SG10 6EF). Runners may choose between two route options:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The course mixes road and cross country sections on footpaths. Roads will remain open during the event but marshals will be stationed along the route. Participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear for the weather, and headphones are not permitted on the road sections. There will be sign-in and a group warm up before the run. Ticket price includes a medal. Tickets are offered at GBP 30 and refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
For those not running, the Henry Moore Foundation is opposite the pub and has a cafe. The foundation offers a 10% discount to enter the gardens and studios and sells tickets on the day.
