Godzilla Thrilla 30 Hour Endurance Run (Bell Lap)
The event is a 30-hour endurance run held Saturday to Sunday, January 10-11, 2026, in Anderson, South Carolina (1615 West Market St, Anderson, SC 29624). The run will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Japan; donations will be used for construction, repair, and operation of Ronald McDonald Houses and Family Rooms. The format is an open 30-hour endurance run where participants may run as little or as long as they like.
Course, logistics, and awards
The course is a 2 mile loop on a paved, well-maintained golf cart path with some grass crossovers; the grass edges are mowed and can be used for running. Overnight camping setup is provided in a flat grassy area passed at the end of each loop in front of the indoor bathroom area. Overnight runners may park at the venue; there are two main parking lots inside, additional grass parking beside a metal building, and a paved lot across the street available for non-overnight parking on Saturday. Four indoor restrooms and electrical power are available at the pool house start/finish area. Timing is self-monitored and a countdown clock will be present. The organizer notes a cup-less approach and requests snacks for the aid table while advising participants to be prepared to be self-sufficient.
