The 5th Annual Run for Recovery - Anderson is scheduled for April 18, 2026 in Anderson, South Carolina. The event is hosted by The Bridge Center Recovery in partnership with NewSpring Church. The Bridge Center Recovery is a treatment facility for men located on West Whitner Street in Anderson; it has operated since August 2020 and reports having helped over 300 men in an official capacity.

All race proceeds will benefit The Bridge Center Recovery. The 5K will be timed by Upstate Race Series; the 1 Mile Fun Run will not be timed. Prizes and medals will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Medals will also be given to the top three male and female runners in these age brackets: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Registration and fees: earlybird pricing lists the 5K at $30 and the 1 Mile at $10, with earlybird pricing ending March 28. Standard fees are listed as 5K $35 and 1 Mile $15; toddlers under 2 are free in a stroller. Event shirts are included for 5K participants; 1 Mile participants may purchase shirts. Race packet pick-up begins at the starting location 45 minutes before the race.
