Gobble Gobble Wobble Thanksgiving 5k
The Gobble Gobble Wobble Thanksgiving 5k is an annual running event held at Stratton Mountain Resort. The course begins and ends at the Main Courtyard located at 5 Village Lodge Road. This event takes place on Thanksgiving Day and proceeds regardless of weather conditions, including rain or shine.
Participants should note that there is no registration available on the day of the race. The event is open to individuals between the ages of 1 and 100. While the race is not officially timed for the entire field, the organizers record the placement of the top three finishers. As participants cross the finish line in the courtyard, various prizes are distributed.
Awards are presented for specific categories, including:
- Youngest participant
- Oldest participant
- Best costume
The event features Thanksgiving-themed prizes and the first 200 participants to register receive a T-shirt.
