About the race
The Gobble Gobble Gobble road race is the 30th annual running event held in 2026. The course starts and finishes in Davis Square in Somerville, Massachusetts, and follows a unique 4 miles route through the local streets. The event is presented by the Somerville Road Runners and lists several community organizations as beneficiaries: Somerville Homeless Coalition, Somerville Track PAC, Stride for Stride and Dilboy VFW Veterans Relief Fund.
Registration opens on June 1, 2026. Entry fees change by date: $35 for the first 100 sign-ups, $40 through August 31, $45 from September 1 through November 20, and $49 from November 21 through race day if registrations remain available. The organizer notes a city permit limit that can prevent additional registrations once the field is full.
The organizer’s policies include a transfer deadline of November 17, 2026, a refund request deadline of November 15, 2026, no deferral option for 2026, and no waitlist.
