Course support and logistics
Aid stations provide water, electrolyte, and snacks; some stations offer fresh fruit and sponsor bars, and Gnarly Hydrate is the official hydration product. The event is cupless, so runners must carry their own hydration vessel. A shuttle is provided to the start and return shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes; the shuttle is mandatory. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Mighty Pine Brewing and on race morning from a hayfield across from the Joyce Museum. Organizers set participant limits and a refund policy: 50% refund available until August 15, no refunds after that date; transfers are allowed up to three days before the race. First overall male, female, and non-binary finishers in each distance receive awards; there are no age-category awards or finisher medals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
