Event Details

The Glow All Out 5K Glow Run is an untimed evening event. It takes place on the Evendale/Byrd campus in Winchester, Virginia. The event supports the local organization Bright Futures.

Distances

The event includes two distances:

5K
Tot Trot (a 100-yard dash for young athletes)

Participant Information

A glow medal will be awarded to the first 350 finishers of the 5K. There are no age group awards. All finishers of the Tot Trot receive a ribbon of completion.

A race T-shirt is available. The deadline to guarantee a shirt and size is June 14, 2025. After that, shirts are available at packet pickup while supplies last. Registration for the Tot Trot does not include a T-shirt.

Additional Activities

The event features family activities, music from a DJ, and food from vendors Donut Dive and Kona Ice. Roads around the campus will be closed for participant safety from 7:45 PM until approximately 9:30 PM. Participants cannot leave the campus by vehicle during this road closure.
