Global Running Day 5K Canandaigua
This event is a community 5K (3.1 miles) held on June 3, 2026 in Canandaigua, New York. The start location is Studio B Fitness & Wellness, LLC. The course is a clearly marked out and back route that uses the sidewalk along Main Street; runners leave the Studio B parking lot by turning left, continue down Main Street, and turn left at the corner of Main Street and 5&20. The turnaround point is clearly marked.
The event is not an official timed race. A single water station is provided at the halfway mark. Finishers receive a medal, and there is an option to purchase a shirt. Prizes are awarded to the first male and female finishers. Costumes are encouraged and entrants may be entered in a best costume contest. Music, food and awards are planned after the run. The event is described as family friendly; children under six are free.
