Get Your Butt Kicked @ Route 66 takes place on July 18, 2026 at Route 66 State Park near Eureka, MO and is organized by S.L.U.G.S. The event is offered as timed loop races with multiple duration options.

The marked course is a measured 2.425-mile loop through the wooded northwest corner of the park. Surface materials include thin pavement, chip-n-seal, and fine gravel. When runners decide not to attempt another full loop they may use a short 0.333-mile loop; final distance is calculated from completed long loops and short loops.
The Forest Shelter serves as the start/finish area, main aid station and primary parking area. The aid station will offer Ultra-Food and water jugs; this is a cupless event so runners must refill their own hydration systems. Two unisex flush toilets and two portable toilets are available on course. Bug spray is recommended and running after dark requires a headlamp or handheld light.
All finishers receive a finisher's medal and every entrant receives a pair of custom GYBK Sock Guy socks. Awards are given for overall winners and for Masters in the 6-hour race.
